The Nueces County market looked solid in this week's report, as the number of home sales rose 100.0%, pushing the total to two homes sold over the last 30 days. The median sales price dropped dramatically to $325,000 over the latest reporting period for Nueces County, down from $605,000. Nueces County is still a definite buyer's market, due to the availability of 12 months of remaining inventory, even after the uptick in sales.
